Ascent Capital Partners has successfully developed and repositioned under-valued retail centers to create substantial investor returns. This is done through capitalizing on improving markets, thoughtful planning, highly focused capital investment and execution.

Our team includes leading retail brokers who are aware of those retail tenants who are in the market and are looking to establish new retail locations.

We are focused on acquiring well-located infill retail sites between ½ and 5 acres and value-added retail centers in the front range of Colorado. We look for locations with superior visibility, high vehicular and/or pedestrian traffic, and easy access. Sites are located in desirable sub-markets with positive demographics desired by national, regional, and local retail tenants

All our projects have attractive architecture which makes them inviting to shoppers and creates a “sense of place”.

Typically during the redevelopment of a shopping center, the property receives a new façade, new roof, new monument signs and new comprehensive landscaping around the entire site. These improvements create a dramatically improved appearance which in turn leads to improved shopper perception, higher merchant sales levels, increased rents and an improvement in the tenant mix.

In aggregate, these positive changes create substantial incremental value often doubling the value of the center relative to its pre-redevelopment value within two to three years of completing the redevelopment.
