Relocated PMA’s corporate headquarters from 9th and Chestnut Streets to 380 Sentry Parkway building.
Led team of professionals that identified vacant property, negotiated sale, and closed transaction.
Planned and constructed tenant improvements, including retro-fitting existing 10,000 SF data center, cafeteria, boardroom, and executive suite, plus another 75,000 SF of building standard tenant improvements.
Organized and implemented relocation of 500 employees.
