NAIOP’s Member of the Year for 2007
In February 2008, Mr. Luber was given the 2007 Member of the Year Award for his leadership efforts as NAIOP’s Chairman of the Community Relations Committee (CRC).
During 2007, the CRC formulated and launched the Colorado Chapter’s Developing Leaders Program (DL Program). The DL Program is designed to motivate commercial real estate professionals younger than 35 to join and become active in NAIOP, thus insuring a continuity of chapter membership and leadership.

Much of the program’s success is attributable to Kathy Thurston of Co Biz Bank and Marshal Burton of OPUS Northwest. Both Kathy & Marshall contributed greatly to the DL Program design and implementation. In addition, OPUS graciously agreed to be the major financial sponsor of the DL program.
