Mr. Luber has been a leader in retail and office commercial real estate for over 25 years with substantial national experience in acquisitions, consulting, design, development, construction, leasing (both as landlord and tenant), corporate real estate, investment portfolio management, and dispositions. In conceptualizing and implementing projects, Mr. Luber capitalizes on his broad experience in many U.S. real estate markets.
Mr. Luber co-invests equity alongside that of his capital partners in each project. This co-investment is an indication of his commitment to the financial success of each investment, and it serves to further align his objectives with that of his capital partners.
