Paul T. Luber – President
Mr. Luber has been a leader in retail and office commercial real estate for over 25 years with substantial national experience in acquisitions, consulting, design, development, construction, leasing (both as landlord and tenant), corporate real estate, investment portfolio management, and dispositions. In conceptualizing and implementing projects, Mr. Luber capitalizes on his broad experience in many U.S. real estate markets.
Mr. Luber co-invests equity alongside that of his capital partners in each project. This co-investment is an indication of his commitment to the financial success of each investment, and it serves to further align his objectives with that of his capital partners.
Other highlights of his experience include:
- Growing up in a family-owned land development and residential construction business in Syracuse, NY.
- Undergraduate degrees in Architecture & Structural Engineering and an M.S. in Commercial Real Estate.
- Registered Professional Engineer and licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Redevelopment, asset management, and sale of 1.4 million SF portfolio of retail and office in the Front Range of Colorado as President of Starr Realty Corporation. Increased value from $110 million to $170 million between 2001 and 2007.
- Real estate tax reduction for large commercial properties with Duff & Phelps.
- Real estate consulting with Ernst & Young, with a strong financial emphasis. Clients throughout southern and western United States and northern Mexico.
- Corporate real estate and investment portfolio management along the east coast of the United States with the PMA Insurance Company based in Philadelphia, PA.
- Field supervision, construction project management, and development management of large-scale commercial construction projects in the Washington, DC area.
Mr. Luber is active in National Association of Office & Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC.
His nonprofit board experience and other charitable pursuits include the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver, Samaritan House, Denver Rescue Mission, St. Francis Center, Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, the Walnut Street Theater and the Arden Theater Company.
