We offer our capital partners the option to invest in a particular project unlike a real estate fund investment which offers no discretion with respect to individual investments. Our equity partners can evaluate each individual investment and decide if it fits their investment criteria. In our offering memorandum, we present the opportunity in clear and concise manner. We perform comprehensive financial modeling and market analysis in order to project the anticipated financial results.
Co-Investment by Ascent Capital Partners
Mr. Luber co-invests his personal equity alongside that of his capital partners in each project. This co-investment is an indication of his commitment to the financial success of each investment, and it serves to further align his objectives with that of his capital partners.
