Ascent Capital Partners is a commercial real estate company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We focus in value- added investing as well as providing outstanding third party commercial real estate services to our clients.
Investment
We focus on providing superior returns for our clients & investors through:
- Acquisition and redevelopment of existing under-valued commercial assets including multi-family assets, and distressed assets.
- Acquire performing, under-performing & non-performing notes collateralized by commercial real estate. We then structure a workout with the existing borrower or obtain fee interest via deed in lieu or foreclosure.
Under the leadership of Paul Luber, these investments are thoughtfully planned and painstakingly executed, creating assets that are valuable to our investors, effective for our tenants, and benefit the communities where they are located.
Mr. Luber co-invests equity alongside that of his capital partners in each project. This co-investment is an indication of his commitment to the financial success of each investment, and it serves to further align his objectives with that of his capital partners.
